Meet Our Management Team
Erick Barney, Founder / President
Erick received a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing from Southern Oregon University in 1999. Shortly after college, he became an original member of Motorcycle-Superstore.com, a successful e-commerce retailer in the motorcycle aftermarket space. As the VP of Marketing, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, on and offline. As an e-commerce “pure-play”, Motorcycle-Superstore.com got an early start in the digital retail space and Erick spent 15 years focusing on the rapid rise and evolution of digital marketing. Following the sale of the company in 2011 and two additional years under a retention contract, Erick left Motorcycle Superstore to start his own digital marketing agency. Founded in the Fall of 2014, e-Lure Digital is now a full-service digital marketing agency.
Tyler Weist, VP / Account Executive
Tyler was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He attended Washington State University, where he gained invaluable experience working for the Athletic Marketing department, and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing in 2008. Following sports marketing career moves within the NBA and golf industry, Tyler was acquired by Motorcycle-Superstore.com to join their marketing team. His focus turned to email and learning the ins and outs of a constantly evolving digital marketing landscape. After being lured away, Tyler joined Erick in the Summer of 2015 to help build and scale his new business venture e-Lure Digital.
Keith Barney, Analyst / Account Executive
Keith enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2000, where he served for thirteen years as a Blackhawk Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, and Platoon Sergeant. He spent most of his enlistment overseas with deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as multiple extended assignments to South Korea. He was honorably discharged from the military as a Sergeant First Class in 2013. Upon separation from the military, he attended college where he was awarded an MBA from Clarkson University in 2017. Keith joined the e-Lure team in June of 2017 as a Digital Marketing Associate.
Jamie Cavener, Account Executive / Website Platform Management
Raised in Southern Oregon Jamie graduated from the University of Oregon in 2007. Immediately moving to San Francisco she started her career with the iconic brand, Shabby Chic, an Interior Design & Retail company based out of Los Angeles. Moving cross country and settling in New York City she focused on establishing a luxury Bed & Breakfast in Texas, International product manufacturing, and a Japanese Franchise. Finishing her career as the Director of Operations she moved back to the PNW to hike, bike and camp her nights away. That is until E-lure hooked her and expanded the team.
Lexi Went, Business Development / Account Executive
After a decorated high school 4H livestock judging tenure in Eagle Point, OR, Lexi earned a full scholarship to Nebraska for Agriculture and Environmental Science Communication. Upon completing her college degree, Lexi has gained valuable experience in Social Media and other digital marketing subjects.
